Instructions:Season the steaks with salt and black pepper In a bowl, whisk together Jameson Irish Whiskey, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to create the marinade Place the steaks in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the marinade over them Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes Preheat the grill to medium-high heat Remove the steaks from the marinade and let excess drip off Discard the used marinade Brush the steaks with olive oil and grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness During the last few minutes of grilling, baste the steaks with the remaining marinade for added flavor Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving
